預見卵巢癌患者不止于 5的生命奇跡

上海 2025年6月10日 /美通社/ -- 卵巢作為女性主要的生殖器官，在女性健康中扮演了重要的角色。世界女性生殖健康日到來之際，由阿斯利康中國、能量中國公益平臺共同發起，覓健患者平臺支持的"巢躍奇跡 ? 希望畫語系列"卵巢癌公益科普行動正式落地。作為"巢躍奇跡"項目的升級，此次公益行動匯聚了全國近20位婦瘤專家和卵巢癌患者的心愿寄語，通過藝術視覺展現醫患雙方對長生存奇跡的向往藍圖，提升公眾、尤其是卵巢癌患者對精準診療理念的認知，幫助更多"她們"實現不止于5的長生存奇跡。

自6月9日起，該創意系列海報將在全國多個城市的商業文化地標及線上媒體平臺展出。

巢躍不止于5，預見下一個長生存奇跡

卵巢癌早期臨床癥狀不典型，缺乏特異性，且由于卵巢位于盆腔深部，早期腫瘤在盆腔檢查中難以察覺，早期診斷率低，導致多數患者確診時已為晚期，因此被稱為"沉默的殺手"。《2023中國卵巢癌診療現狀白皮書》顯示，我國每年約有5.5萬例新發患者，70%的患者會在初次治療后的兩三年內復發[1]，因此對于卵巢癌患者來說邁過5年生存期意味著跨過了重要的一道"坎"，并有機會獲得更長生存，實現臨床治愈。

近年來，隨著"手術+化療+維持治療"三駕馬車的全程管理治療模式的全面踐行，我國卵巢癌患者的5年生存率穩步提升，據2024年6月國家癌癥中心公布的數據，2019-2021年我國卵巢癌五年生存率為39.6%[2]。與此同時，基因檢測如BRCA及HRD檢測技術的日益普及，不僅推動了卵巢癌邁入精準治療時代，也幫助了越來越多的患者通過個體化精準治療，實現更長生存。

巢躍奇跡新篇，助力更多她們擁抱明天

為進一步提升公眾對卵巢癌疾病認知，呼吁更多人關注卵巢癌患者群體生存現狀，并給更多卵巢癌患者帶去可以預見的生存希望，今年由阿斯利康中國、能量中國公益平臺共同發起，覓健患者平臺支持的"巢躍奇跡"項目，以油畫創意為科普形式，聯動了全國近20位婦瘤專家和卵巢癌患者，傾力打造"希望畫語系列"海報，將醫患對醫學進步的期待和更長生存的向往，轉化為具象化畫面，從而鼓舞更多卵巢癌患者及其家庭堅定抗癌信念、勇敢前行。

廣西婦科腫瘤臨床治療質量控制中心主任、廣西醫科大學附屬腫瘤醫院婦科主任醫師李力教授表示："隨著卵巢癌整體診療水平的進步，卵巢癌已進入慢病化管理時代，我們非常高興看到有越來越多的晚期卵巢癌患者經過科學、規范的治療和全程管理，延長了無進展生存期和總體生存時間。希望我們可以在呼吁規范治療的同時，以更多長生存鮮活例子、正向關懷和專業知識普及提振卵巢癌患者抗癌決心。"

“巢躍奇跡 · 希望畫語系列”通過藝術視覺展現醫患雙方對長生存奇跡的向往藍圖

"巢躍奇跡"患者關愛公益項目已邁入第三年，從 2023年"看見巢躍奇跡"卵巢癌患者公益攝影展活動的落地，首次向社會公眾展現卵巢癌患者的長生存故事；2024年，首檔卵巢癌科普公益有聲電臺《巢躍奇跡FM0508》的推出，醫患攜手以溫暖聲線傳遞專業的疾病科普知識；到2025年，"希望畫語系列"海報在全國各地陸續展出，讓公眾進一步了解卵巢癌疾病領域和故事，展現奇跡故事。該項目在聯動全國各地的婦瘤專家、卵巢癌患者和公眾參與其中的同時，始終以嶄新的面貌，探索創新的疾病科普形式，敘述真實暖心的患者故事，在加深公眾對卵巢癌疾病認知的同時，也激勵更多與癌抗爭的"她們"創造屬于自己的長生存奇跡。
