我們用了太多時間去和他人交流，白天和同事、朋友在一起，晚上通過社交媒體，繼續(xù)和許多人在一起，跟自己待在一起的時間卻非常少。

一個人和自己相處得越好，快樂指數(shù)越高，情緒也會更加穩(wěn)定，因為你的開心是在自己這里，而不是在他人身上，這種開心是完全由自己說了算的。

一門手藝長在你的手上，和你完全同在，這是關(guān)鍵。

因此，我給很多人的建議是：哪怕很忙，也要去找一門真正喜歡的手藝學(xué)起來，并且要去挑戰(zhàn)困難——越難，成就感越高，專注力越強。

大多數(shù)時候，大家會清楚地區(qū)分專業(yè)和業(yè)余的標準，對自己的要求變得寬松，覺得自己從來沒練過，能做到這樣就行了。

這往往就是不開心的源頭，一開始就采取了自我放棄的態(tài)度，或把注意力過度集中在對結(jié)果的貪求上。

其實，如果將所有人按照天賦的高低劃分層級，不同的人群最終會呈橄欖形分布——最聰明的和最不聰明的在兩頭，都非常稀少，我們大多數(shù)人處在橄欖的中間部分，天賦都差不多，只要付出相應(yīng)的努力，一步步扎實地學(xué)習(xí)，任何手藝，經(jīng)過一年、兩年、三年的時間，都會有巨大的收獲。
