格隆匯6月16日丨新華網(603888.SH)公布，公新華投控通過國有股權無償劃轉方式取得新華社直接持有的上市公司2.65億股股份，占上市公司股份總數的51%。上述劃轉完成后，上市公司控股股東由新華社變更為新華投控，實際控制人未發(fā)生變化，仍為新華社。
