趙冰，40多歲，是一個孩子的母親，看似普通的她自發救助他人已有15年。而她做這些的開始，緣于《華商報》15年前報道的一個棄嬰。

昨日，吳先生撥打華商報新聞熱線029-88880000，推薦一個好人——趙冰。他說趙冰15年前看了華商報的一篇報道后，就開始做好事，日子久了，她的行為感動了身旁的人，讓越來越多的人加入到行善的行列中。如今，趙冰已經有一支多達200人的愛心隊伍，只要在新聞上看到有需要幫助的人，這個團隊就會想方設法盡己所能的去幫助。

華商報記者聯系上趙冰。她表示自己做得遠遠不夠，并提起了當年觸動自己內心的一名棄嬰。

那是2002年夏天。趙冰說，當時女兒還不到一歲，她在家帶孩子時，無意間看到《華商報》的一篇報道，說的是一位來自藍田的張姓拾荒老人撿到一名嬰兒并求助的事。“我當時看到，孩子一身的病沒錢醫治，最終西安市兒童醫院免費為孩子提供治療。”趙冰說，自己當時也剛當媽媽不久，看到這樣的消息被深深觸動了，“同樣是孩子，可這個孩子卻得不到應有的愛護。”隨后她去育嬰店買了尿不濕、大小奶瓶、還有奶粉，總共花了700多元，還帶了一包自己孩子小了的衣服，從閻良到西安市兒童醫院。“我當時還在哺乳期，又帶著那么多的嬰兒用品，司機得知我要去兒童醫院看棄嬰，還以為我就是被拋棄孩子的媽，良心發現了。”

>>出于本能 給棄嬰哺乳

來到兒童醫院，趙冰的心更是被揪了起來，“老人擔心娃尿床，就讓小孩睡在一張塑料紙上，孩子瘦的就跟一只大老鼠一樣，不停地哭，可能是餓了。老人就用筷子頭蘸一下自己的口水，再往好心人買來的奶粉桶里扎一下，然后把蘸著干奶粉的筷子頭往嬰兒嘴里放，就算是喂奶了……”趙冰實在看不下去了，把孩子抱起來，“小孩可能是聞到我身上的奶香味兒了，一個勁往我懷里鉆，我撩起衣服就給孩子喂了奶……孩子吃完奶在我懷里睡了好長時間。”趙冰說。

華商報記者查閱了當年的報道，2002年7月中旬，《華商報》報道了藍田一位拾荒老漢撿到了一名棄嬰，獨自喂養了三個月后，孩子身體多器官感染，被送往西安市兒童醫院救治的事情。當時有一大批愛心媽媽爭著幫助棄嬰，趙冰就是其中一員。

趙冰說，也就是從那次起，她想從自身做起，去幫助更多的人。“開始也不知道該怎么幫，就看《華商報》，看到《華商報》報道的一些需要救助的事情，只要我能幫到的，都會跑去看一看，送些東西。”后來，她又和陜西省慈善協會的老師們一起幫助他人。

>>帶領一群人做好事

趙冰說，起初，她這種跑來跑去、花錢又花時間的行為，被不少人當成笑料，說她人傻、錢多、閑的。甚至還有人說，有這閑錢不如請他們吃飯。“不過我堅持久了，身邊的不少人也慢慢地認可了，甚至和我一起去幫助那些生活困難的人。”

陜西省慈善協會副會長孫忠信說，趙冰現在是他們協會的理事，也是陜西省慈善協會志愿者總隊閻良慈善服務隊的隊長，她的那個服務團隊目前有200多人，已經連續四年被評為優秀團隊，趙冰本人是金星級志愿者，她和她的團隊幫助過不少人。

趙冰說，被幫助的人中有殘疾人，有患重病的，有日常的慈善活動，也有像汶川地震這樣大事件的捐贈活動、愛心衣物送雅安的募捐活動，以及義賣活動和慰問敬老院、貧困地區學校等。

其實，趙冰只是一家單位的普通工作人員，但她每個月總會拿出收入的一部分做善事，家里人對此也很支持。趙冰說，獨樹難成林，她希望通過此次宣傳能夠呼吁更多的社會人士積極參與到慈善活動中，并且希望有愛心的企業能夠大力支持，使他們有更多的力量去幫助更多的殘障人士和孤兒以及留守兒童等社會弱勢群體。

她還說，所有的成績都是整個團隊的力量和大家的付出，沒有團隊，她就是孤軍奮戰，不可能取得任何成績。
