據央視新聞消息，韓國警方當地時間19日表示，前總統尹錫悅三次拒絕出席警方傳喚調查，警方正在與特別檢察官協商對其申請逮捕令事宜。
根據韓國相關法律，如果尹錫悅三次拒絕到案接受調查，警方可以對他采取緊急拘留措施，或者在未拘留的狀態下提請批捕等措施。（總臺記者 張昀）
