人民網(wǎng)悉尼6月23日電 據(jù)中國駐新西蘭大使館微信公眾號消息，6月15日、18日，新西蘭政府分別宣布兩項對中國公民簽證便利新政策：
一、自2025年11月起，中國公民如持有效澳大利亞訪客、工作、學生、家庭類簽證，且從澳赴新，只需申請新西蘭電子旅行授權(NZeTA, New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority)即可免簽入境新西蘭。入境后，可最多停留3個月，無需額外申請簽證。該政策將試行一年，不適用于過境澳大利亞的中國訪客。
二、自2025年11月起，中國公民中轉新西蘭機場只需申請新西蘭電子旅行授權(NZeTA), 無需再申請過境簽證。2025年11月前，過境新西蘭仍需提前申請過境簽證。2025年11月免簽過境政策實施后，此前已獲批的新西蘭過境簽證有效期內仍可繼續(xù)使用。
