6月29日，“@朱雀玄武敕令本人”在社交媒體上發文，稱自己請求改回曾用名“朱雀玄武”的申請暫未通過審批。

A 24-year-old man from Guiyang county of Hunan province, currently named Zhuquexuanwu Chiling, has once again found himself at the center of public attention after local police denied his latest request to legally change his name — his 11th such application in just over a year.

此前其表示，自己高考報名和高考準考證上的名字是“朱雀玄武”，后改名為“周景明”。現在擔心前后名字不一樣會導致大學錄取通知書無法簽收，所以申請將名字改回“朱雀玄武”。但近日收到了桂陽縣公安局的回復，暫不予審批本次更名申請。

The man, whose birth name was Zhu Yunfei, has become somewhat of an internet sensation for his string of unusual and often elaborate name-change attempts. Most recently, he sought to revert back to a previous alias, Zhuque Xuanwu, citing concerns that the discrepancy between his current name and the name on his college entrance exam documents could affect the delivery of his university admission letter.

6月19日，“朱雀玄武敕令”稱已成功改名為周景明，并拿到了身份證。

桂陽縣公安局回復稱：“反映人周景明（曾用名：朱云飛、朱雀玄武、朱雀玄武敕令），自2024年5月起先后多次申請更名，我局已先后為其改名三次。周景明2025年6月24日提出的更名申請已是其本人近13個月以來提交的第11次更名申請。

根據《民法典》相關規定，申請人周景明頻繁申請更名的行為已屬擾亂公共秩序、浪費行政資源。經對接省、市教育考試院，只要參考人身份證號碼沒變更就不影響考生大學錄取通知書簽收和入學報到注冊。綜合以上因素，我局暫不予審批周景明本次更名申請。”

However, the Guiyang Public Security Bureau rejected the request, stating that his frequent applications were disrupting public order and wasting administrative resources.

據此前報道，今年4月底，這位24歲的小伙因為申請改名為“周天紫薇大帝”而受到社會關注。這位小伙出生時的名字為朱云飛，從2024年5月開始，已經先后改名為“朱雀玄武”“朱雀玄武敕令”。4月16日，“朱雀玄武敕令”登錄湖南政務服務網申請改名為“周天紫薇大帝”，申請未予以通過。4月26日，他又提交申請改名為“朱咸寧”。

The man first made national headlines in April when he applied to change his name to Zhoutian Ziweidadi, or Emperor Ziwei of Zhoutian in Taoism. That request was also denied. His history of name changes includes legally registering as Zhuque Xuanwu and later Zhuquexuanwu Chiling, both referencing mythological creatures from Chinese folklore.

6月24日，“朱雀玄武敕令”發文公布第三次參加高考的分數：“我的總分是246分，分別是語文74分，數學20分，外語29分，政治56分，歷史24分，地理43分。雖然這次高考分數跟我預想的三百多分有一定差距，但是本人內心還是很平靜。反正我是有書讀了。”
