干冷面:250克

白糖:6勺
白醋:6勺

鹽:1小勺
雪碧:半罐

黃瓜:半根
雪梨:半個
雞蛋:1-2個
韓式辣白菜:適量
西紅柿:半個
香菜:2個
熟白芝麻:少許
制作步驟:
1.在一個大碗里,倒入1.5升純凈水。然后加入白糖、白醋、生抽和鹽。用勺子充分攪拌,直到糖和鹽完全融化。以嘗一下味道,根據自己的喜好,進行微調。倒入半罐雪碧,再次攪勻。蓋上蓋子,放入冰箱,冷藏至少2小時以上。
2.鍋里燒一大鍋開水,水沸騰后,下入干冷面,用筷子迅速劃散。煮到面條沒有硬芯,立刻撈出,放入提前準備好的冰水中。用手輕輕搓洗面條,洗掉表面那層滑溜溜的淀粉糊。反復換幾次水,直到水變清澈。
3.黃瓜切絲,雪梨和西紅柿切片,雞蛋煮熟后、對半切開,醬牛肉切片。取一個大碗,先放入搓洗好的冷面,團成一個漂亮的面團。依次在面條上碼好醬牛肉、黃瓜絲、雪梨片、西紅柿片、辣白菜和半個雞蛋。取出冰鎮好的冷面湯,沿著碗邊緩緩倒入,沒過面條。撒上一點熟白芝麻和香菜,一碗顏值和美味齊飛的東北大冷面就大功告成了!
