7月6日晚，安徽淮北市某步行街發生一起彩票糾紛事件。一名女子在未付款情況下刮中百萬大獎，攤主以未付款為由奪走中獎彩票，引發路人圍觀報警。
7月7日，記者從事發地轄區派出所了解到，雙方確實就此事發生糾紛，目前雙方經協商達成一致，但具體協議內容未公開。
