當地時間8日，德國副總理兼財政部長克林拜爾在德國聯邦議院提交德國財政預算案時談及目前歐盟和美國的關稅談判。克林拜爾表示，歐盟希望能夠與美國達成關稅協議，但是這份協議必須是公平的，否則歐盟將會對美國采取反制措施。（央視新聞）
