- 一朵西蘭花清洗干凈。
- 切好一小朵一小朵。
- 一斤蝦清洗干凈。
- 去蝦線剝殼,再清洗干凈備用。
- 碗里放入蒜末,鹽,廚邦雞粉,生抽,玉米淀粉,水,攪拌均勻備用。
- 鍋中水燒開,放入油和鹽。
- 下入西蘭花。
- 焯水2分鐘撈出。
- 鍋中油熱下蝦仁。
- 炒至變色。
- 放入西蘭花。
- 淋入料汁。
- 翻炒均勻。
- 大火收汁。
- 出鍋上碟。
- 色香味俱全。
- 吃飯了哦。

記住凡是炒菜放調味料都是少量原則,少了還可以補救,多了就補救不了了。
