7月1日起，門診統(tǒng)籌待遇需要在二級(jí)及以上醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)、一級(jí)公立機(jī)構(gòu)及衛(wèi)生室使用，海拉爾區(qū)三級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)4家、二級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)12家，一級(jí)公立醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)10家，衛(wèi)生室7家（只報(bào)銷城鄉(xiāng)居民門診統(tǒng)籌，居民輕癥兩病，居民普通慢性病）。具體名單如下：
