山西省臨汾市人大常委會原副主任柴高潮（副廳級）涉嫌受賄一案，由山西省監察委員會調查終結，移送檢察機關審查起訴。經山西省人民檢察院指定管轄，由長治市人民檢察院審查起訴。日前，長治市人民檢察院依法以涉嫌受賄罪對柴高潮作出逮捕決定。該案正在進一步辦理中。
