近日，有網(wǎng)友發(fā)視頻稱，7月15日乘坐春秋航空9C7760次航班從蘭州飛上海，飛機(jī)起飛離地后“不知道什么斷了”，飛機(jī)“直接砸下來”落地。

Spring Airlines has refuted online claims regarding an alleged in-flight incident involving Flight 9C7760. A video taken by an onboard passenger that circulated on social media on Tuesday allegedly shows the aircraft "suddenly plummeting" when "something broke" mid-air after taking off from Lanzhou to Shanghai.

7月17日晚，春秋航空官方微博發(fā)布說明：今日，有網(wǎng)上報(bào)道關(guān)注7月15日9C7760航班情況。經(jīng)核查，該報(bào)道內(nèi)容不屬實(shí)。

7月15日，9C7760因流量控制原因，推遲至20:50從蘭州飛往上海虹橋。在飛機(jī)滑行階段發(fā)生臨時(shí)機(jī)械故障，機(jī)組按照程序及時(shí)處置，將飛機(jī)滑回候機(jī)樓，安排旅客下機(jī)。在處置過程中，飛機(jī)一直在地面，并未如報(bào)道所說起飛“離地”，更沒有如報(bào)道中所說“直接砸下來”，該報(bào)道與事實(shí)完全不符。

In an official statement released on Thursday via its Weibo account, the airline confirmed that Flight 9C7760, delayed until 8:50 pm due to air traffic control, experienced a minor mechanical issue during taxiing. The crew followed standard procedures to return the aircraft to the terminal, where passengers disembarked. Spring Airlines emphasized that the aircraft remained on the ground throughout the incident and never became airborne, directly contradicting claims of a "plummeting" descent.

春秋航空第一時(shí)間更換了飛機(jī)，該航班于當(dāng)天22:45起飛，已將旅客安全送達(dá)目的地。春秋航空始終秉承安全至上原則，為保障航班和所有旅客的飛行安全，絕不帶任何隱患上天。由此帶來的航班延誤，我們深表歉意，感謝所有旅客的理解和支持。

The carrier promptly arranged a replacement aircraft, with the flight departing at 10:45 pm and safely transporting all passengers to Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport.
