財聯(lián)社7月19日電，聯(lián)合國難民署說，由于捐助國削減對外援助，多達1160萬名難民面臨失去人道援助的風險。據(jù)報道，這些人約占難民署支援的難民總數(shù)的三分之一。難民署透露，今年的籌資需求為106億美元，至今僅籌得23%。
