財聯社7月22日電，據央視新聞，當地時間7月21日，墨西哥總統辛鮑姆在當天的晨間新聞發布會上對美國交通部此前宣布對墨西哥實施制裁進行了回應。辛鮑姆表示，作出相關決定是出于安全原因，并強調，墨西哥有權采取措施緩解主要機場的擁堵問題，并堅稱此類決定屬于國家主權范疇。
