財聯社7月22日電，俄羅斯首都莫斯科當地時間21日迎來強降雨。氣象專家稱，莫斯科部分地區的降雨量已超過月均值。俄羅斯“火衛一”氣象中心首席專家蒂什科維茨表示，莫斯科市西北部降雨量最大，截至當地時間21日9時，米季諾的降雨量為71.2毫米，澤列諾格勒的降雨量為91.6毫米，均超過月均值。
