【賽諾菲將斥資至多16億美元收購Vicebio 進軍呼吸系統領域】財聯社7月22日電，賽諾菲已達成獨家最終協議，將收購正開發下一代呼吸道病毒疫苗的生物制藥公司Vicebio。根據協議條款，在滿足慣例條件的情況下，Vicebio股東將獲得總計至多16億美元的款項，其中包括11.5億美元預付款以及4.5億美元的開發和注冊里程碑付款。
