韋斯利在2022年NBA選秀中于第25順位被馬刺隊選中，其三個NBA賽季均效力于馬刺隊，共出戰156場比賽（4場首發），場均在14.3分鐘內得到4.3分、2.4次助攻和1.5個籃板。
