新京報訊 據@中央氣象臺微博消息，今年第7號臺風“范斯高”上午8時生成，中心附近最大風力8級（18米/秒，熱帶風暴級），其中心位于距離浙閩交界東偏南方向約1230公里的海面上。
預計“范斯高”將以每小時15-20公里的速度向北偏西方向移動，強度變化不大。
