尊敬的各位老師，親愛的同學(xué)們：

Dear teachers and students:、

大家上午好！今天我要演講的題目是《成為自己的主導(dǎo)》。

Good morning! The topic of my speech today is "Be your own leader".

同學(xué)們，世界是豐富多彩的，人生也是這樣，每個(gè)人都帶著不同的使命來到這個(gè)世界上。正是因?yàn)橛辛嘶▋海@世界才變得芬芳；正是因?yàn)橛辛锁B兒，天空才學(xué)會(huì)了歌唱；正因?yàn)橛辛孙L(fēng)兒，柳枝才學(xué)會(huì)了舞蹈；正因?yàn)橛袠鋬?，炎夏里才有了蔭涼。

Classmates, the world is rich and colorful.Life is also like this. Everyone with a different mission came to this world. The world becomes fragrant because of flowers. The sky can sing because of birds.The willow branches can dance because of wind, and the trees provide shade.

我們生而不同，即使有人說過：“我們都是被上帝咬掉一口的蘋果?！笨赡怯腥绾文兀侩m然每個(gè)人都不是完美的，但我們要努力發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的閃光點(diǎn)，最終一定會(huì)成為自己的主導(dǎo)。

We were born different, even if someone said, “We're all apples bitten off by God." But what? Although everyone is not perfect, we should try to find our own shining points, we will eventually become our own dominant.

成為自己的主導(dǎo)，不用父母的提醒，可以不賴床穿衣去洗漱，不用老師催，可以按時(shí)早讀做作業(yè)，從最簡單的地方開始，掌控你自己的人生。做最好的自己，無論是誰，若把這句話當(dāng)成自己的目標(biāo)，他一定會(huì)很充實(shí)、很快樂、很成功。

Without parents’ urging, we can wear clothes and wash immediately, can do homework on time. Start from the simplest place, we can control our own life. The man who takes this sentence “To be best"as his goal can be very rich, happy and successful.

主導(dǎo)自己之前，首先我們要了解自己，明白自己有哪些優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，有哪些獨(dú)特之處，有哪些興趣和愛好，當(dāng)壓力來臨時(shí)，你會(huì)很快發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的閃光再出發(fā)，不讓內(nèi)心偏航。像202班的李茗澤同學(xué)，超額完成老師布置的任務(wù)后，積極主動(dòng)的參加各種興趣活動(dòng)。他說：“這不是負(fù)擔(dān)，而是自己特別喜歡，哪一個(gè)都不想放棄。”所以他慢慢的主導(dǎo)自己，多才多藝，越來越優(yōu)秀。

Firstly, we should understand our strengths and weaknesses, our unique features, interests and hobbies. When the pressure comes, we should find our shining points and start again, and do not yaw the heart. For example, Li Mingze from Class 202 actively participated in various interest activities after exceeding the tasks assigned by the teacher. He said: " It's not a burden, but I like it, I don't want to give up."So he slowly led himself more and more excellent.

其次我們要接納自己，即使有瑕疵，有不完美，都要滿心歡喜的對(duì)待自己，知道人外有人，天外有天，但如果我懷著樂觀的心態(tài)去把握自己的人生時(shí)，一定會(huì)成為自己的主導(dǎo)，雖然可能不是最完美的，但一定是最陽光的。

Secondly, we should accept ourselves, even if there are shortcomings, have imperfections, we should treat ourselves with joy, know that there are people outside others, but if I grasp my life with an optimistic attitude, I will become their own dominant, although it may not be the most perfect, but it must be the most sunny.

同學(xué)們，也許，你不曾有出眾的外表；也許，你不曾擁有敏捷的頭腦；也許，你不曾擁有驚人的智慧?？墒牵蔀椴涣俗钇恋奈覀兛梢猿蔀樽钭孕诺?，成為不了最聰明的我們可以成為最勤奮的。不管怎么樣，只要你想，你都能成為自己的主人。

Perhaps, you didn’t have an outstanding appearance, a quick mind or talent. Whatever, maybe we are not the most beautiful,we can become the most confident, can not become the most intelligent we can become the most diligent. Anyway, you can be your own master if you want to.

請(qǐng)你相信，你在世界上是最獨(dú)一無二的存在，更要相信，“天生我材必有用”，主導(dǎo)好自己的人生，你一定是下一個(gè)奇跡！

Please believe that you are the most unique existence in the world, but also to believe that, "There must be a use for my talent". Lead your own life and you must be the next miracle!
