近日，瑞安新湖廣場掛上了銀泰城的logo。
瑞安新湖廣場于2020年12月31日開業。商業面積15.6萬㎡，分為地下2層、地上6層，是多元復合體驗式SHOPPING MALL，規劃精品零售、綜合超市、國際影城、多元餐飲、休閑娛樂、親子活動、屋頂花園、婚慶主題共8大特色業態。（剛開業時的介紹）
改為銀泰城接手運營，商場將重新招商。希望新湖廣場能重新熱鬧起來。
