Required Skills and Experience：
Education and certification
Secondary Education preferably with specialized certification in Accounting and Finance, international studies, social science is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Public Administration, International Relations and Social Sciences would be desirable.
Experience
Minimum five years (with Secondary education) or minimum three years (with Bachelor’s degree) of relevant administrative or programme management experience is required at the national or international level.
Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages.
Experience of organizing and completing multiple tasks by establishing priorities.
Experience of administering and executing project budget management is an asset.
Experience of managing data, documents, correspondence and reports information and workflow is highly recommended
Experience of ERP System, especially ATLAS would be an advantage.
Language Requirements
Fluency in English and Chinese is required
Working knowledge of another official UN language is an asset
