反蘇修高潮下的1976年4月29日，邯鄲鋼鐵廠工人夏大云對(duì)蘇修帝國(guó)主義義憤填膺，秘密偷來(lái)炸藥，徘徊在蘇聯(lián)駐京大使館附近，伺機(jī)點(diǎn)燃炸藥沖向蘇聯(lián)駐華大使館，守衛(wèi)戰(zhàn)士李登貴、祁國(guó)興上前阻止，李登貴和夏大云同歸于盡，祁國(guó)興身受重傷。
