項目坐落于長三角主要城市之一寧波市，40層的超高型甲級寫字樓更是位于以總部經濟，國際貿易和科技創新為發展方向的南部商務區，是浙江省乃至長三角最具活力的高端商務經濟集聚區之一；科拓以立足長三角，放眼全球的國際視角，重新定義企業的核心文化與精神，力求打造全新的商業文化與辦公環境。

Located in Ningbo, one of the major cities in the Yangtze River Delta region of China, this 40-story, Class A, super-high-rise office building is located in the southern business district, a hub for headquarters, international trade, and technological innovation. This district is also one of the most dynamic high-end business and economic clusters in Zhejiang Province and the Yangtze River Delta region. QTOP, with a global perspective, seeks to redefine corporate culture and spirit, and create a new paradigm for business culture and office environments.

QTOP OFFICEis a revolution in workspace design. We delve into the infinite possibilities of design, merging classic office functionalities with futuristic concepts，we create dynamic spaces that spark innovation.

平凡的空間中創立全新的秩序， 欲望衍生出長效文明。轉折與起伏下藏匿著有趣的靈魂，鏈接瞬間迸發的想象，理想穿越空隙就此照進現實。

In ordinary spaces, we establish extraordinary order.Desire fuels enduring civilizations.Beneath twists and turns, intriguing souls reside.Connecting fleeting inspirations.Dreams leap across voids and manifest into tangible spaces.

在此空間中，對空間進行重構，打破傳統大堂使用的局限性，將大堂，前臺以及洽談區結合，開放式空間的設計最大化的利用了空間，兼具功能與美觀性，開闊明亮，塑造一種靈動之感。

In this space, we have reimagined the traditional lobby experience, breaking down the boundaries between the entrance hall, reception, and meeting areas. The open-concept design maximizes spatial efficiency while maintaining a balance of functionality and aesthetics. This design fosters a bright, open, and inviting atmosphere.

旋轉隔斷的應用，打破了固有空間的局限性，動靜結合，曲線與直線，方形與圓形的交響呼應，營造空間氛圍的同時，給空間創造了更多的延展和可能性。

By incorporating rotating partitions, we've shattered the confines of conventional spaces. The dynamic interplay of movement and stillness, coupled with the harmonious blend of curved and straight lines, and square and circular forms, enriches the spatial ambiance and unlocks a world of possibilities.

通過對材料語言和空間形態的精簡，打造一個”簡潔，透明化，動靜結合”的復合型空間。

Through a minimalist approach to materials and spatial forms, we have achieved a composite space that is defined by its simplicity, transparency, and the seamless integration of dynamic and static elements.

將世界地圖以刻制的形式，融入地面，同時與圓形燈膜形成交相呼應，產生更加豐富的層次感。

The world map is etched into the floor, creating a harmonious interplay with the circular light film and resulting in a richer sense of depth.

通過細節體現整體與可觸摸式，肌理，空間密度與物質化的光影，體現空間包容的，延展的和關懷的語境。

A focus on detail highlights the overall harmony, tactile qualities, textural richness, spatial density, and materiality of light and shadow, creating a space that is both inclusive and expansive, while exuding a sense of care.

光是晨曦的第一縷溫柔，輕輕灑落，它穿過云層，透過窗臺，帶來希望的訊息，點亮世界的每一個角落，也點亮了我們的心靈，照亮前行的路途。樓梯處引進自然光，打破原有墻體的密閉性，隨著時間的變化，光的形狀也有相應的變化，空間瞬間被賦予了生命力。

Light, the gentle caress of dawn, filters through clouds and windows, carrying messages of hope. It illuminates every corner of the world, kindling our spirits, and guiding our path. Natural light introduced through the staircase breaks the monotony of the walls. As light shifts with time, it infuses the space with vitality.

辦公空間運用建構的建筑表現手法，以純粹的姿態和憑直覺感知的表達，試圖探索一種獨立自由的空間形式。

The office space employs a constructivist architectural approach, characterized by pure forms and intuitive expressions, to explore a sense of spatial independence and freedom.

致力于“用設計的力量創造幸福的工作空間，重塑對于理想辦公室的想象，比起風格與造型，更關心空間的舒適度，使用者的幸福感。

We are dedicated to harnessing the power of design to create joyful workspaces, redefining what an ideal office should be. Our primary concern is the comfort and happiness of the people who use these spaces, rather than style and form.

探索多重空間的疊加與聯動，在設計運用上則力求整合更多可能，情景交融，趣味感，隨機性與空間氛圍纏繞交織。

We explore the interplay and layering of multiple spaces, integrating more possibilities in design. This includes a fusion of scenes, a sense of playfulness, and a dynamic interplay between randomness and spatial atmosphere.

以黑白灰變化的形式承載空間的氛圍，簡約，大氣，在現代設計手法之下，可以更加自由，豐富，飽滿的呈現。

A monochromatic palette of black, white, and gray provides a minimalist yet grand backdrop for this design. Modern design techniques allow for a more liberated, rich, and full expression of this aesthetic.

空間布局上掘棄了傳統的會議室，開放式會議更有利于高效的溝通，享受一起共創的狀態，平等的會議架構和靈活的會議方式呈現出更獨立的意識與更具個性的面貌。

The spatial layout eschews traditional conference rooms in favor of open-plan meeting areas that facilitate efficient communication and collaboration. The egalitarian meeting structure and flexible formats promote a sense of independence and individuality.

溫潤的木質延續自然的基調，金屬，漆面，燈膜，木飾面同光影所構成的肌理與虛實變化帶來豐富層次。

The warm, natural tones of wood are complemented by the interplay of metals, finishes, light films, and wood veneers, creating a rich interplay of textures and light and shadow.

屏風隔斷打破了內與外的界限，給空間增加層次感的同時，也帶來新的秩序。

The screen partitions blur the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces, adding depth to the space and establishing a new order.

好的空間更重要的是表現它的氣質，一種由內而外，材質與物件之間一場張弛有度，收放自如的對話，也是對情感和藝術的闡述。

A truly exceptional space is defined by its character - a subtle dialogue between materials and objects, expressed through a balance of tension and relaxation. It is also a testament to both emotion and art.
