SAP QM事務(wù)代碼QDP1創(chuàng)建Sample Scheme
SAP QM模塊里的Sample scheme（采樣方案）可以用于支持比較復(fù)雜的取樣規(guī)則，使得根據(jù)檢驗(yàn)批數(shù)量來自動(dòng)計(jì)算sample size,以及可以根據(jù)相關(guān)的業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)則去決定檢驗(yàn)是常規(guī)檢驗(yàn)，加強(qiáng)檢驗(yàn)以及放松檢驗(yàn)。
本文用于簡介如何創(chuàng)建Sample Scheme這個(gè)主數(shù)據(jù)，適用于QM初學(xué)者。
執(zhí)行事務(wù)代碼QDP1,進(jìn)入如下界面，
輸入Sample scheme代碼S02,點(diǎn)擊‘Continue’按鈕，
輸入Sampling scheme的描述，點(diǎn)擊‘Continue’按鈕，
Insp.severity ,select 004 (Normal Inspection),點(diǎn)擊‘Choose’按鈕，進(jìn)入如下界面，
這里可以輸入取樣計(jì)劃表，
界面多出很多空白行，可以繼續(xù)維護(hù)數(shù)據(jù)，
系統(tǒng)提示說：The sampling scheme S02 was created.
Sampling scheme將會(huì)在Sampling procedure里被使用，而Sampling procedure將會(huì)被Inspection Plan使用到。
注：本文基于SAP S/4HANA 1909 系統(tǒng)。
