據北京市住建委官網數據顯示，12月1日北京新房網簽206套，網簽面積16494.97㎡，其中住宅網簽119套，網簽面積13771.91㎡。二手房網簽106套，網簽面積11301.4㎡，其中住宅網簽97套，網簽面積11033.62㎡。

截止目前，11月（11月1日~30日）北京新房網簽11623套，網簽面積989216.9㎡，其中住宅網簽4918套，網簽面積604509.26㎡；二手房網簽20657套，網簽面積1992362.48㎡，其中住宅18763套，住宅網簽面積1667252.4㎡。
