食材:鮮雞、姜片、紅棗、枸杞、蓮子、干香菇、茶樹菇、花菇、蟲草花、食鹽、雞精
營養菌菇鮮雞湯的做法
- 紅棗、枸杞、蓮子、干香菇、茶樹菇、花菇、蟲草花
- 食材清洗干凈泡水半個小時
- 不一會顏色就變深了
- 鮮雞一只
- 去掉雞頭和雞屁股,還有雞肚子里雞油脂,用刀剁成大塊。
- 添一鍋冷水,加入雞塊和一塊生姜
- 大火燒開去掉血沫
- 雞塊撈出用溫水清洗干凈,是用溫水哦!
- 鍋里添一大鍋溫水,加入雞塊
- 放入姜片
- 倒入提前泡好的菌菇和碗里的菌菇水
- 開大火燉
