特別喜歡紅豆和肉松CP,跟香蔥肉松不一樣的是,紅豆肉松是非常迷人的咸甜口味,越吃越香,回味無窮的那種。做了個簡單的軟歐包造型,在紅豆肉松基礎上加持了黑芝麻,味覺層次非常豐富,也可以自由發揮做成帶餡餐包或者吐司,怎么喜歡怎么來~

黑芝麻紅豆肉松軟歐的做法
- 將面團材料除熟黑芝麻外混合攪拌至完全階段,再加入熟黑芝麻攪勻。直接分割成4份,關于松弛10分鐘。(如果只有黑芝麻醬或者熟黑芝麻,只加入其中一樣也可以,本配方不含黃油,喜歡的可自行另外添加。)
- 將面團搟成橢圓形。
- 翻面,鋪上40克蜜紅豆。
- 再鋪上30克肉松。
- 自傷而下卷起成橄欖型。
- 依次做好4份,放在烤盤上。
- 溫暖濕潤處(溫度35度,濕度75%)發酵至1.5-2倍大、表面篩一層高筋面粉,隨意割上刀口,放入預熱好的烤箱中層,上下火180度,20分鐘。
