極簡單的紅糖棗糕~都不用分離蛋清的做法
- 把紅棗洗凈用清水煮一下,水開后小火大概煮10分鐘左右,煮到紅棗變軟,撈出晾涼后剝開去除棗核,我這次用的是無核棗所以省去了去核的一步可以直接用。
- 準備一個小鍋倒入牛奶,牛奶中倒入紅糖,開小火邊加熱邊不停攪拌,直到紅糖顆粒全部融化關火晾涼備用。
- 煮過的紅棗用打蛋器輕輕壓扁然后用低檔把紅棗打碎。
- 先在打碎的紅棗中加入融化了紅糖的牛奶,用打蛋器攪拌均勻后,再加入三個全蛋,用打蛋器低檔把它們打發。
- 打到濃稠狀,如圖。
- 然后把低筋面粉和泡打粉混合篩入打發的蛋糊中。
- 用刮刀把干面粉翻拌均勻。
- 拌勻篩入的面粉后,最后加入玉米油,用打蛋器攪打均勻,打兩下就可以(全程打蛋器都不用清洗直接用到最終這一步)時間長面會起筋。

- 烤箱提前預熱,拌勻的面糊倒入模具中,表面撒些白芝麻,輕輕震蕩一下放入烤箱,先150度20分鐘,后轉165度15分鐘,烤好后倒扣晾涼、脫模。
- 烤制過程中滿屋飄著大棗的香氣……就期待著出爐吃一大塊,超滿足。
