糯嘰嘰的芋泥麻薯的做法
- 制作芋泥:荔浦芋頭去皮切塊,放入容器,蓋上保鮮膜蒸熟,到筷子可以輕松插入即可。
- 出爐后將芋頭、紫薯粉、糖、牛奶、奶油一起放入破壁機攪打至細膩,牛奶添加量可以根據自己的實際情況增減,喜歡厚的就少加點牛奶,不喜歡奶油的也可以不加。
- 制作麻薯:木薯淀粉、糖、牛奶一起放入不沾鍋中,小火邊煮邊攪拌,一直到濃稠后離火,粘稠后攪拌速度要加快,避免來不及攪拌結塊。
- 煮芋圓:水開后放入冷凍的芋圓煮開,浮起后撈出瀝干水,放入涼水中。
