根據“觀八閩”報道，經福建省委研究決定，方良棟、潘新雅同志任中共福建省委平潭綜合實驗區工作委員會委員；孫樹群同志任福建省平潭綜合實驗區管理委員會副主任。
潘新雅，男，漢族，泉州永春人，1968年12月生，中共黨員，大學學歷，工學學士，高級工程師。現任中共福建省委平潭綜合實驗區工作委員會委員。
