據(jù)央視網(wǎng)消息，鳳陽鼓樓坍塌樓宇部分，是1995年復(fù)建的“假古董”。另有報道稱：瓦片脫落部分是2023年修復(fù)部分，其竣工驗收距今不到一年。目前330萬元維修費用還沒付完，按照進(jìn)度付款，驗收過后還剩一部分工程款和質(zhì)保金。
