上述消息顯示，尹久輝已任盤錦市興隆臺區委書記。
尹久輝出生于1971年，曾任盤山縣委副書記、盤錦高升經濟區管委會主任。
2021年，尹久輝任興隆臺區委副書記、區長至今。
之前擔任興隆臺區委書記的耿敏3月于任上被查。
