新京報貝殼財經訊 依據中指研究院最新發布《2025年1-5月中國房地產企業銷售業績排行榜》，2025年1-5月，TOP100房企銷售總額為14436.4億元，同比下降10.8%，降幅較1-4月基本持平，微降0.6個百分點。5月單月，TOP100房企銷售額同比下降17.3%，較4月單月降幅擴大0.5個百分點。1-5月銷售總額超百億房企33家，較去年同期持平，五十億房企64家，較去年同期減少6家。TOP100房企權益銷售額為10263.3億元，權益銷售面積為5243.8萬平方米。
