財聯社6月3日電，美國特朗普政府請求聯邦上訴法院阻止此前哥倫比亞特區聯邦地區法院裁定其關稅政策“違法”的命令。當地時間5月29日，位于首都華盛頓的哥倫比亞特區聯邦地區法院就特朗普政府依據《國際緊急經濟權力法》對多國加征的關稅措施發布初步禁令。該裁決針對美國兩家小企業4月22日對聯邦政府發起的訴訟。
