2025年5月5日，河南新密。凌晨05:29分許，郭某酒后駕車上路被交警當場查獲，為逃避檢查，郭某在進行呼氣檢測時要么不吹氣，要么不含住吸管……總之是不好好配合檢測。
交警遂依法將其傳喚到交警隊繼續對其進行呼氣檢測，最終測得102mg/100mL的結果。后經血檢，其血液酒精含為70.61mg/100mL。
最終，交警依法對郭某處1900元罰款，駕駛證一次記12分并暫扣六個月。
