- 牛肉逆紋路切片，加入胡椒粉，生抽，淀粉腌制，攪拌均勻，加點油
- 油非常熱再下牛肉，快速翻炒變色盛出備用
- 姜，蒜，小米辣，泡椒炒出香味
- 加入泡藕帶，辣椒粉，翻炒均勻
- 加入牛肉（先不要翻炒）圍著鍋淋一圈米酒熗鍋
- 加入生抽，蠔油，老抽，雞精
