準備4顆熟咸蛋黃,噴一點點白酒去腥,然后用微波爐中高火叮1-2分鐘,蛋黃完全凝固熟透。蒸熟的咸蛋黃用勺子仔細壓碎,盡量壓得細膩一些。準備一個小碗,倒入兩大勺玉米淀粉,腌好的雞翅取出來,稍微瀝一下,然后在淀粉里滾一圈,讓雞翅均勻地裹上薄薄一層干粉,輕輕拍掉多余的粉。
第三步:

第四步:
鍋里留一點點底油,開小火,把壓碎的咸蛋黃末倒進去,用鏟子不停地慢慢炒散。咸蛋黃在油里慢慢融化,冒出很多細膩的小泡泡。雞翅倒進去,快速翻炒,讓每一塊雞翅都均勻地裹上金燦燦的咸蛋黃。翻炒個1分鐘,確保雞翅都裹勻了就行。
