自6月15日以來，受持續強降雨影響，廣東省肇慶市懷集縣多條河流水位暴漲。
18日5時，綏江懷集站水位達55.16米，超警戒水位5.16米，創建站以來最高紀錄。目前，當地已啟動防汛Ⅰ級應急響應，全力開展抗洪搶險工作。相關部門正加強巡查排險，確保群眾生命財產安全。
