牛干巴的制作方法其實非常的簡單,首先就是把牛肉切成片,然后用鹽、辣椒面、花椒粉、孜然粉腌制一下就可以了。當然你也可以直接去超市買現成的,但是我覺得自己做的味道肯定要比買的更好吃。
準備新鮮的大蒜苗一把,切成段備用。鍋中倒入食用油,油溫燒至五成熱的時候,放入腌好的牛干巴進行翻炒。由于牛干巴事先已經腌制入味了,所以不需要再添加任何調料了。
等牛干巴炒出香味以后,加入大蒜苗繼續翻炒,直到大蒜苗斷生就可以出鍋了。這道菜呢,最忌諱的就是炒的時間太長,不然牛干巴就會變老變柴,口感就不那么好吃了。
