　　8月14日，午后一場(chǎng)陣雨，仿佛給長(zhǎng)沙灼熱的空氣退了燒。

　　坐在落地玻璃窗前，杜富能給客人端來(lái)泡好的茶及點(diǎn)心，在客人邀約下，隨意坐下和其聊起了天。窗外，麻石古街上，過(guò)往游客正在三三兩兩選景拍照。

　　為夢(mèng)想努力一次

　　杜富能今年28歲，貴州省天柱縣人，苗族。如今他是長(zhǎng)沙市芙蓉區(qū)白果園街區(qū)葉時(shí)茶館主理人。2019年大學(xué)畢業(yè)后，在經(jīng)歷過(guò)2年的考編努力后，他堅(jiān)定選擇了一條與其他同學(xué)不同的路——自主創(chuàng)業(yè)。

　　“畢業(yè)后，父母很希望我回到貴州去考編，做一名公務(wù)員或者教師，回到他們身邊?！倍鸥荒苷f(shuō)，從中南林業(yè)科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)后，他也曾加入考編的大軍。

　　可在他心中，有一個(gè)夢(mèng)想一直沒(méi)有泯滅，那就是愛(ài)自己所愛(ài)，留在長(zhǎng)沙做一名非遺文化的傳承人。

　　杜富能4歲隨祖母學(xué)習(xí)剪紙，后師承著名剪紙藝術(shù)家、中國(guó)剪紙家學(xué)會(huì)理事龍潛珍先生，初中時(shí)就在湖南省靖州一中舉辦了個(gè)人剪紙作品展。大二期間，他自主創(chuàng)業(yè)，成立富能民藝工坊，在長(zhǎng)沙打造一支高校青年非遺隊(duì)伍，其剪紙作品兩度被作為禮品出訪英國(guó)班戈大學(xué)，讓非遺文化走向了世界。

　　“父母再次催我回貴州考公，我斬釘截鐵拒絕了?！倍鸥荒苷f(shuō)，他知道，做文創(chuàng)和非遺注定是一條布滿荊棘的路，但不管前方有多苦，他都想為夢(mèng)想努力一次。

　　讀書(shū)期間，杜富能因?yàn)楦S湖南大學(xué)及本校的老師參與過(guò)長(zhǎng)沙老街改造項(xiàng)目，感受到了長(zhǎng)沙濃濃的煙火氣與市井文化。2022年，他來(lái)到白果園街區(qū)，幾番尋找，終于在蘇家巷盤(pán)下了一個(gè)80多平方米的小店。

　　老街里主理非遺茶館

　　穿過(guò)人聲鼎沸的五一廣場(chǎng)和步行街，很快就到了白果園。這時(shí)，你抬頭望見(jiàn)的是湖南和平解放史事陳列館。面朝陳列館，沿著左邊的麻石老街，步行三五十來(lái)米，你就看到了古色古香的葉時(shí)茶館。

　　“我更希望看到的不是非遺被束之高閣，而是融入人的生活，讓藝術(shù)回歸生活是我一個(gè)很大的愿景。”杜富能說(shuō)，經(jīng)過(guò)仔細(xì)思考，他覺(jué)得茶是個(gè)最好的媒介。于是，苗族非遺茶館——葉時(shí)茶館應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。

　　走進(jìn)葉時(shí)茶館，我們也就走進(jìn)了主理人杜富能自己設(shè)計(jì)施工經(jīng)營(yíng)的精神世界。茶館面積不大，非遺元素貫穿整個(gè)空間，墻上的苗族服飾、花色精美的苗繡制品，特色的苗族剪紙、小而巧的實(shí)木桌、樹(shù)皮紙做的燈……這些鮮活的元素組成了白果園中的活態(tài)非遺場(chǎng)域。

　　“長(zhǎng)兩米三的條凳是從貴州老家扛來(lái)，已有200年歷史，所有的木構(gòu)裝飾全都是從貴州老吊腳樓中拆選過(guò)來(lái)的，每一件老家具都有自己的故事和溫度?！倍鸥荒芨嬖V記者，店門(mén)口采用苗族傳統(tǒng)的門(mén)不對(duì)口的建筑風(fēng)格設(shè)計(jì)，外人戲稱(chēng)“歪門(mén)邪道”，而他們苗族人稱(chēng)之為“財(cái)門(mén)義路”。入戶(hù)的樓梯一級(jí)比一級(jí)高，表示進(jìn)門(mén)“步步高”，出門(mén)時(shí)樓梯一級(jí)比一級(jí)寬，則表示出門(mén)“路路寬”，店內(nèi)墻紙是用苗族非遺手工構(gòu)皮子糊的，燈具和其他裝飾也都是主理人手工制作。葉時(shí)茶館不定期開(kāi)展非遺活動(dòng)，被游客們親切稱(chēng)呼為“小型的民俗博物館”。

　　月亮與六便士

　　杜富能說(shuō)，在經(jīng)歷過(guò)重重困難后，現(xiàn)在葉時(shí)茶館已開(kāi)始了良性運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

　　“2022年茶館裝修，當(dāng)時(shí)很困難，很多工作都得自己動(dòng)手，裝修一拖就是6個(gè)月，浪費(fèi)了不少租金?！倍鸥荒芙榻B，2023年春節(jié)試營(yíng)業(yè)，同年3月8日正式營(yíng)業(yè)，游客開(kāi)始陸陸續(xù)續(xù)多了起來(lái)。

　　“茶館轉(zhuǎn)讓費(fèi)、房租、裝修、設(shè)備及原材料等先后投入了近60萬(wàn)元，大學(xué)期間賺的，家里支持的基本上都投進(jìn)去了。”杜富能坦言，目前經(jīng)營(yíng)上仍有不少壓力，但幸好目前還清了欠款，茶館也已基本上運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)穩(wěn)定了。

　　畢業(yè)后，杜富能的同學(xué)有的考了研考了博，有的進(jìn)了家居設(shè)計(jì)公司等，有的考了公，也有的在繼續(xù)尋找方向?！懊總€(gè)人都有每個(gè)人的路，只要是為自己想要的生活在努力，都很OK?！倍鸥荒苷f(shuō)，他很滿意現(xiàn)在的自己，因?yàn)樗业搅俗约旱睦硐肷睢?/p>

　　“每天都有茶客進(jìn)來(lái)，享受靜謐的時(shí)光，欣賞店內(nèi)的非遺文化。我們也把少數(shù)民族風(fēng)俗帶了進(jìn)來(lái)，在白果園織布、剪紙、刺繡、祭橋，與原居民毫無(wú)障礙地交流交往，這過(guò)程，是少數(shù)民族和漢民族的文化交流與融合，也是活態(tài)非遺文化的不脛而走?！倍鸥荒苷f(shuō)。
