大家好,歡迎來到農(nóng)村美食課堂,這碗花生湯,我媽 30 年前就給我做過。雖然叫花生湯,但里面沒有一顆花生米,做起來也不復(fù)雜,特別適合夏天喝。
先準(zhǔn)備兩把花生碎,用小火炒出香味。再加入一碗半的水,大火煮開后轉(zhuǎn)中小火煮個十幾分鐘。這個過程會聞到淡淡的花生香。
接下來準(zhǔn)備幾顆枸杞、一小段蔥花,還有最重要的配料——一包黃桃罐頭汁。如果你家里沒有這種罐頭汁,也可以換成酸奶或者檸檬汁。不過這兩種東西酸味太重了,所以要用它來中和一下,就是超市里賣的現(xiàn)成的甜味杏仁露,味道很接近,而且便宜又方便。

接著倒入杏仁露,攪拌均勻后再撒上一把冰糖,繼續(xù)熬個幾分鐘就可以了。熬好的花生湯顏色偏淡,但是口感綿密,還帶著濃郁的花生香。
別看它這么簡單,我家隔三差五就要做一次。天熱的時候來上一碗,清清涼涼的,特別解暑。冬天冷的時候喝一口,暖胃暖心,比去外面買那些奶茶、咖啡要健康多了。
除了當(dāng)飲料,我還喜歡拿它當(dāng)早餐吃。在碗底鋪一層燕麥片,然后倒上剛熬好的花生湯,最后撒上點堅果碎和蔓越莓干,營養(yǎng)豐富的一餐就搞定了。

要是覺得不夠過癮的話,還可以加一個荷包蛋進(jìn)去,這樣子就變成了一碗營養(yǎng)全面的早餐。如果想要更豐盛一點的話,還可以加點肉絲進(jìn)去,就成了鮮美可口的湯面。
