下面來炒米飯,鍋里放油燒熱,打入雞蛋煎至金黃,用鏟子鏟成小塊,再加入青紅椒絲一起翻炒,最后倒入芒果丁翻勻即可出鍋。

起鍋燒水,水開后放入土豆絲焯水一分鐘,撈出過涼控水備用。鍋中加入少許食用油,放入蔥花爆香,再放入土豆絲翻炒均勻,接著加入生抽提鮮,加入少許食鹽調(diào)味,翻炒均勻后出鍋裝盤。
