人民財訊6月20日電，市場監(jiān)管總局發(fā)文稱，市場監(jiān)管總局高度重視商業(yè)秘密保護(hù)工作，連續(xù)多年部署開展重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域反不正當(dāng)競爭專項(xiàng)執(zhí)法行動，加大對侵犯商業(yè)秘密違法行為的執(zhí)法力度，保護(hù)企業(yè)合法權(quán)益。2024年，全國各級市場監(jiān)管部門共查辦不正當(dāng)競爭案件14188件，其中查辦侵犯商業(yè)秘密案件143件。
