今天上午，新西蘭房產(chǎn)網(wǎng)站OneRoof發(fā)文，總結(jié)了歷年成交價(jià)最高的十處房產(chǎn)。
過(guò)去兩年間，新西蘭豪華房地產(chǎn)購(gòu)買活動(dòng)呈現(xiàn)爆發(fā)式增長(zhǎng)。
自2022年以來(lái)，全國(guó)232筆$1000萬(wàn)紐幣及以上頂級(jí)住宅交易中，近半數(shù)發(fā)生在這一時(shí)期，而當(dāng)時(shí)其他房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)正逐漸降溫。
OneRoof對(duì)這10筆最大交易（總價(jià)值超過(guò)$3億）進(jìn)行了分析。
這些交易反映了高端市場(chǎng)的縮影，也 反映了 新西蘭1%精英階層的居住方式。
