管黔榮，又名管濤，字文遠，云盛，十白。號香山居士。著名畫家，書畫鑒定家。香港文聯美術家協會會員。擅畫山水，花鳥，人物等，代表作有花鳥畫《刺梨圖》在美術屆繪畫寫意刺梨圖第一人。
山水代表作品有《松陰草堂》《觀瀑流泉》《秋山清遠》《夏山高臥》《初雪觀泉》等等
