倒入沒過牛肉的熱水,大火燒開后,轉小火燉煮50分鐘。土豆塊撈出,瀝干水分,放入鍋中,再加入適量的鹽,繼續燉煮20分鐘。開大火收汁,讓湯汁濃稠一些,即可。
