新站區將新建一所知名高中。2025年7月1日，從合肥公共資源交易中心了解到，合肥少荃高中建設項目啟動設計招標，招標人名稱為合肥第七中學，合肥重點建設管理局。 位于學府路與張衡北路交口東北角，項目占地面積約120.5畝，總建筑面積約75350平方米，辦學規模為60班普通高中，建設內容包括教學樓、實驗樓、學生宿舍、食堂、風雨操場、圖文信息中心、禮堂、多功能廳等。
