為積極貫徹落實獨生子女優惠政策，切實把獨生子女父母獎勵扶助政策落到實處，7月7日，馬祖鎮涌麟村婦聯主席及后備干部開展了獨生子女父母獎勵金年審工作。在此次年審工作中，我們通過微信群推送、打電話等多種方式向群眾進行告知。對前來咨詢、年審的群眾進行耐心答疑解惑，真正把工作做細、做實、做具體，受到群眾一致好評。
